Q1:Will wired headsets work with my phone?
A1:If the phone has the 3.5mm audio port, the wired headset can be used with your phone.

Q2:Does the Call Answer/End Button work with all voice software?
A2:This Call Answer/End Button currently only works for Teams & IP Phone, other voice software requires clicking the software button.


Q3:How do I know if my headset's microphone is muted?
A3:The red light above the mic mute button is on, indicating that the microphone is muted.

Q4:The microphone isn't working or no sound from speakers.
1. Check if the 3.5mm audio plug is fully inserted into the USB inline control or the computer's 3.5mm audio port.
2. Verify that the headset is selected as both the sound input and output device in your computer's sound settings.
